About This Bracelet:
A dosha is your Ayurveda mind and body type. There are three doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. We each have all three within us but usually one is more prominent. When our doshas are in balance, we are healthy physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Balancing colors for Vata are warm or calming — warm pastels, yellows and greens. Also consider white, violet, blue and deep reds. Avoid bright red as it tends to be too stimulating.
This bracelet is made of amethyst, citrine and jade.
